InBody Somatic Education
Informed by research findings, the work of Marion Rosen, P.T. and in the tradition of Ericksonian hypnotherapy, InBody Somatic Education teaches body observation, inner awareness skills and much more, as continuing education for Rosen Practitioners & Interns.
InBody classes are also offered for people from all walks of life wanting to gain insight into how the body and mind work together to maintain health, well-being and relationships.
As one student commented after attending InBody:
"This was a time of replenishment. I left feeling so satisfied. I returned home and to my clients renewed and enriched. I know how challenging it was for me to manage going to this intensive, as it is for most everybody. All the usual constraints of time and money and energy made it feel so difficult to get away. And yet I'm so glad that I went in spite of those hurdles because what I received was so valuable relative to the effort required to show up."
—Zanne Nelson, Practitioner, Albuquerque, NM

"The Advanced Rosen Training helped to me to understand at a deeper level about tension, breath, presence and communication with a client. The container at all times was compassionate, patient, respectful, supportive and with an expert quality for honest and direct questions to each of us. I left excited, renewed, almost like having an injection of confidence through the simple clarity."
–Susan Choi, Rosen Method Practitioner
"I came away from the experience renewed and determined to continue my Rosen practice with a refreshed awareness."
–Yvonne Guertin, Rosen Method Practitioner, MFCC
"My experience of the advanced training class was one of hearing the wisdom of many years of practice by Sandra and the other participants. It was a time for asking questions, settling doubts, affirming our own experiences and increasing our knowledge about the body."
–Marilyn Davis, Rosen Method Practitioner
"Sandra's clarity in her ability to tease apart the abstract concepts of connection, resonance, and how they are actually experienced in the body was a mainstay of the week. Her understanding of the components of a session, both the emotional and physiological, for the client and the practitioner, and to be able to articulate them so well was invaluable. Her sensitivity and open-heartedness moment-to-moment was a wonder to watch. She truly lives her work, and is an inspiring model."
–Sarah Puyans, Rosen Method Practitioner
